Jennifer Osborne, Ph.D.

Dr. Jennifer Osborne is an educational researcher, school leader, and systems designer dedicated to building inclusive, sustainable school environments where both educators and students thrive.

With over two decades of diverse experience in K-12 education, Jennifer’s career spans critical leadership roles across public systems in the United States and premier international schools in Asia. Throughout her career, she has consistently championed progressive, non-traditional approaches to leadership—pioneering experiential learning tracks, designing creative adult professional learning frameworks, and leading global educational technology initiatives.

Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership Policy from Texas Tech University. Her foundational research explores the experiences of neurodivergent educators in U.S. schools.

As the founder of NeuroAFFIRMing Schools, she combines her deep global educational experience with empirical data to deliver explicit policy roadmaps, modern workplace designs, and inclusive leadership models that allow our "hidden faculty" to truly flourish.
